Population of retirement aged people grows in last decade

November 4, 2016 – The Region Nine Development Commission’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan counties has been developed and is in a 30-day review and comment period.
